Swing Deck now runs two sleeves — a calibrated swing engine and a principled investor sleeve (the Investment Room, falsifiable theses, durability screen, thesis-break monitor). The first 100 traders become Founding Members: a free Pro license, a hand in shaping where the deck goes next, and the founder's direct line. No card, no catch — we want 100 disciplined operators using both sleeves and telling us what's off.
Broker writes are live. The dashboard places BUY / SELL / bracket / TP-ladder orders to E*TRADE through a preview → confirm flow, plus raise-stop automation — behind an 8-layer safety chain (held-share awareness, hard-max governor, R:R floor on the swing side, paranoid-mode order verify at T+45/90/120s). It never auto-trades: every order is yours to approve, on both the swing and investor sleeves. The investor sleeve's exits stay a manual call by design — a soft thesis never silently fires a trade.
Tradier provides read-only market data + Greeks; Fidelity and Schwab are on the roadmap. Everything runs local-first — positions, P&L, tokens, theses, and AI history live only on your machine.
Full capability disclosure → /roadmap · System uptime → /status
Your subscription pays for the synthesis layer — the framework, the two sleeves, AI verification, scoring, journaling, the screening engine. Raw market data comes from feeds you choose: paste your key into Settings → Data Providers and your relationship with the vendor stays direct. Keys never leave your machine.
Free tiers are enough to evaluate both sleeves + run paper trading. Add a premium feed when you want deeper flow verification. None required to start; all toggleable in Settings.
After 12 consecutive months of paid Pro or Premium, your license converts to a perpetual fallback for whatever version is current the day it unlocks. Cancel any time — you keep using that version locally, with your own data, forever, no further payment. New major versions still need an active subscription, but you never lose what you've already paid for.
A discipline product shouldn't punish customers for canceling. If we stop earning your subscription, the work you've already paid for stays yours.
On your laptop. The dashboard runs locally (port 8001). Positions, P&L, broker tokens, theses — none of it touches our servers. The cloud tier only sees your email + license key, never which tickers you hold.
The swing sleeve trades the move — empirical, corpus-calibrated, price-action triggers and stops. The investor sleeve holds durable compounders on a falsifiable thesis — principled, no price stop, exits only when the thesis breaks. They share a screen but never share rules.
No. Swing Deck is decision-support, not an autotrader. It places orders only through a preview → confirm flow you approve, and the investor sleeve's exits are always your call. AI is bound to specific framework moments — never a chat box.
E*TRADE (read + write, incl. order placement) and Tradier (read-only market data + Greeks). Fidelity and Schwab are on the roadmap. Any broker works read-only via CSV import.
Yes — immediate via the Stripe portal (link in your welcome email). You keep paid features until the end of the billing period, then downgrade to Free. No nagging.
Yes — 14 days free on any paid tier, no card required during the trial. Cancel before day 14 to pay nothing.
The first 100 traders get Pro free as Founding Members — both sleeves, the AI coaches, broker writes — plus a Founding badge, the founder's direct line, and early access to new surfaces. Email us to claim a slot. When slot 100 fills, the program closes and new traders use the standard Free / Pro tiers.
After 12 continuous months of paid subscription, your license becomes perpetual for the version you have at that point — even if we discontinue the product or change the model. You're always one year from owning that version outright.
